Missouri Bar - Board of Governors (2000 - Present) Mr. Squibb has been an active member of the Bar and currently serves on the Finance Committee for the Board.
Civil Practice Committee (1999 - Present) Mr. Squibb has been an active member of this general committee of the Bar and assisted in the drafting of proposed rule changes.
Continuing Legal Education Committee (2003 - Present) Active participation with this committee includes the oversight of the continuing education programs for the Bar.
Young Lawyer's Section Representative (1996 - 2000) Prior to being elected to the Board of Governor's, Mr. Squibb served as the YLS representative and was the liason to the Board.
Springfield Metropolitan Bar Ass'n, Board of Directors (2006 - Present) Mr. Squibb has been an active member of the local bar for many years. Since 2006, he has served as a member of the Board of Directors. He is currently President Elect and will serve as President of the SMBA in 2009. Subsequently, he will be President of the SMBA Foundation.
Defense Research Institute (1994 - Present) Mr. Squibb has been an active participant in DRI, attending the Product Liability Conferences most of the last 12 years. He is a member of the Automotive, Trial Practice and Biomechanics subcommittees.
Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers (1994 - Present) Mr. Squibb has been an active participant for the last 13 years including presentations at CLE's for annual meetings.

Federal Practice Committee - U.S. District Court W.D. Missouri (2001 - 2006) The Court recently reinstituted the practice committee and Mr. Squibb assisted in the reorganization. He chaired the committee in 2006. This committee is appointed by the Court en banc to assist in development of local rules as well as providing for better communication with members of the bar.
